The pathway is designed to help you navigate through decision and execution related dynamics associated with different value chain designs within Food & Agribusiness. Specifically, the emphasis is on how altering/adjusting the design is critical to create, deliver and capture value. Specifically, the role of incentives in changing the behavior and decision making dynamics of the value chains players will be brought of through different courses. If you choose to enroll in the pathway, you'll have the option to receive an extra certificate upon completing the reflection exercise for the pathway.
