This course is designed to expose you to the design and development of an innovative business model within the controlled environment space. FeFiFo, a Malaysian startup operates a co-farming model by setting up ready-to-farm urban farming spaces around the cities in Malaysia (and neighboring countries) and leases those spaces to the youth farmers. It also provides financial support and guaranteed offtaking and leverages its centralised digital farm management software to control the processes from seed to crop.

Specifically, the emphasis is on how altering/adjusting the design is critical to create, deliver and capture value. Specifically, the role of incentives in changing the behavior and decision making dynamics of the value chains players will be brought of through different courses. If you choose to enroll in the pathway, you'll have the option to receive an extra certificate upon completing the reflection exercise for the pathway.
