Description
• Course Pitch
Covid- 19 has induced/accelerated many trends in the food industry. While some of those trends are short-lived, some trends are here to stay bringing disruptive changes in the functioning of the food industry.

In this course, Dr. David Hughes, renowned as Dr. Food, has provided valuable real-world insights into the sustainability attributes that are becoming increasing important from a consumer and regulatory perspective. The insights are supporting practical examples showcasing how the COVID-19 pandemic has shaped consumer behavior and, consequently, intensified the agrifood sector’s commitment to realizing sustainability goals by creating products that align with consumer values.

The course learning and assessment will help you develop a good understanding of the value propositions with sustainable attributes and also guides you applying the learnings within the specific context of your work/business.
