In this Course Dr. Vijayender Nalla will take you through the process of building a differentiated value proposition for a Dutch grower cooperation business. The objective is to take you through the process of developing different elements critical for the business model in a real-life context. You will get an experience in:

2. Aligning the distribution channel strategy with the value proposition
