Food Losses and Food Waste (MP)

Circular Food Value Chains: The Case of NoFoodWasted (FLWF)

Description
• Course Pitch
In this course we get to learn from “August de Vocht” the entrepreneur behind the NoFoodWasted app that is being adopted by Dutch retailers, helping them contribute to sustainability and profitability. As an extension to this, consumers are able to benefit a great deal from the food deals they are able to access from retailers through the NoFoodWasted app.
This course will prove valuable to you if you are interested in finding answers to the below two questions:

--->Are you Interested to understand how smart-apps are helping retail to create business value out of food that would otherwise go to the landfill?
--->Are you interested to understand how smart-apps deployed at the level of the retail can drive circular food value chain momentum?

At the end of the course and the assessment you will be able to apply the technology principles that can support new value creation.
